Quality control begins before fabrication and continues through final testing, documentation, and export packing. Each project is checked against the approved drawings, materials, dimensions, lighting configuration, surface finish, mounting method, voltage, and destination requirements.
Our quality control process includes:
IQC: Incoming Material & Component Inspection
IPQC: In-Process Manufacturing Control
FQC: Finished Sign Inspection
OQC: Pre-Shipment Verification
During production, we inspect material dimensions, cutting accuracy, metal bending and welding, acrylic fit, surface finish, paint color, LED positioning, wiring, assembly alignment, and mounting components. Illuminated signs are powered on to check electrical operation, brightness consistency, and visible lighting defects.
For applicable illuminated projects, selected IP68 LED modules and IP65 Mean Well power supplies are checked against the approved component specification. Finished signs are photographed, matched with the required accessories, and packed according to their size, structure, shipping method, and destination.
